Successful Defense of Poster Presentations by Applicants of the Second (Master's) Level of Higher Education of the MP "Management of Organizations and Administration"

On November 14, 2023, at a meeting of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi, a poster presentation of the results of research, within the framework of the topics of master's qualification works, was held by applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education, specialty 073 "Management" MP "Management of Organizations and Administration" of full-time education. Presentation of scientific achievements in the form of a poster is one of the mandatory stages in the process of preparation of applicants applying for the degree of higher education "Master"; and it is a requirement for the organization of preparation and defense of master's qualification works in accordance with the Regulations on the preparation of masters at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Regulations on the preparation and defense of a master's qualification works at the NULES of Ukraine, schedule of the educational process at the University.

The presentation of research results took place in a mixed (face-to-face and distance) format in the Educational-Scientific-Production Laboratory "Management Cabinet" of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi with the using of modern technical means of visualization (interactive display, etc.).

Head of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi Professor Tetiana Balanovska addressed the future masters in Management with a welcome speech. The Guarantor of the Master's Program "Management of Organizations and Administration" Olga Gogulya informed about the order and regulations of the preliminary defense procedure.

The subject of an active discussion were various aspects of Management, which were considered in the context of topics of a traditional, innovative, and extraordinary nature: "Management of the Development of the Organization's Personnel" (Vitaly Bondar); "Management of Marketing Activities of the Enterprise" (Olexandr Bondar); "Formation of the Management System in the Enterprise" (Karina Volokitkina); "Using Socio-Psychological Management Methods in the Enterprise" (Anastasia Horpyniak); "Management of Enterprise Competitiveness" (Andrii Ditkivskyi); "Formation of Enterprise Development Strategy" (Anastasia Lysych); "Human resources Management of the Enterprise" (Viktoria Prykhodko); "Management of Financial Resources in the Enterprise" (Vadim Filipov); "Management of Team Interaction in the Enterprise Team" (Vadim Chizhov); "Commodity Policy Management Systems of the Enterprise" (Vladislav Staranov).

The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department, including the scientific supervisors of master's qualification works, the Deputy Head of the Educational Department for Master's Programs, Olena Kolesnikova, highly appreciated the results of the conducted research, noted the relevance, individual character, meaningfulness of the reports, the validity of the conclusions, the high level of theoretical training of the masters, the formation of their management competencies, expressed comments and wishes that will not significantly affect the content of the completed works, but will improve them and allow the applicants of the degree of higher education "Master" to increase the score during the defense at the meeting of the Examination Commission.

Among the presented research results, the works of Taras Falko "Motivation of Project Teams in an Agricultural Enterprise", Vladyslav Staranov "Commodity Policy Management Systems of the Enterprise", and Victoria Prykhodko "Human Resources Management of the Enterprise" aroused the special interest of the meeting participants.

Summing up the discussion of poster presentations and, accordingly, the reports of the applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education, specialty 073 "Management" of the MP "Management of Organizations and Administration" based on the results of the research, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi reached a general conclusion that master's qualification works of students can be recommended for defense at the meeting of the Examination Commission.
