Expanding the boundaries of internationalization strategy: the MENTOR-AI project within the framework of MInT-Ukraine programme in Hannover, Germany.
Professor of the Department of Social Work and Rehabilitation at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogycal Sciences, Full Professor, Daria Suprun, participated in the international workshop במסגרת the MInT-Ukraine programme (Micro-Credentials as an Internationalisation Tool for Ukrainian Universities 2025/2026), held from March 22 to 28 in Hannover, Germany.


The workshop brought together representatives of 15 Ukrainian universities and was hosted by Leibniz University Hannover in cooperation with the International Office (HI) and the Centre for Continuing Education (ZEW).
The programme combined training, practical sessions, and networking activities. In particular, participants:
attended training sessions on micro-credentials as a tool for university internationalisation;
worked on adapting their individual university projects to institutional needs;
discussed strategies for internationalisation management and educational innovation;
presented their projects in poster sessions and received expert feedback;
engaged in discussions with international experts and university leadership, including the Vice President for Teaching;
visited key university units such as the Welcome Centre, Graduate Academy, and organisational development services;

During the workshop, Daria Suprun presented the MENTOR-AI project (Mental Health, Inclusion, and International Outreach with Digital Assistive AI Resources), aimed at developing academic staff competences in international teaching, digital transformation, and the use of Digital Assistive AI in mental health education.

The knowledge and experience gained during the workshop will support the further implementation of the MENTOR-AI project at NULES of Ukraine, including the development of the MENTOR-AI Lab as a digital learning environment.
