In 1999 graduated from Eastern Ukrainian State University with a specialty in "Chemical technology of high molecular compounds". In 2013 defended his doctoral thesis in the specialty "physical chemistry", devoted to the development of ozonolytic methods for the synthesis of biologically active substances.
He teaches the course "Organic Chemistry" at the Faculty of Plant Protection, Biotechnology and Ecology. He is the author of the monograph "Liquid-phase catalytic oxidation of aromatic compounds with ozone", the textbook "Equipment and fundamentals of the organization of fine organic synthesis productions", the manual "Chemistry and technology of the synthesis of organic medicinal substances" and "Fundamentals of designing the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients", has more than 200 scientific works, including 36 publications in the scientometric database "Scopus" and 9 patents of Ukraine. Under his leadership, 3 candidate theses and 2 theses for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy were defended.

In 1984, he graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers, majoring in "Operation of Aircraft and Engines", qualification "Mechanical Engineer for Testing and Application of Fuel and Lubricant Materials".
In 2007, he defended his candidate's thesis "Effect of treatment of jet fuels with neutral gases on their fire-explosive safety, thermo-oxidative stability and cavitation properties" for obtaining the scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences 05.17.07 "Chemical technology of fuel and fuel-lubricating materials". Since 2011, he has been awarded the academic title of associate professor at the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technology.
The author of more than 100 scientific and educational-methodological works, including: 3 monographs, 32 scientific articles, 33 abstracts of reports at international conferences and 29 educational-methodical publications.
Conducts classes in Ukrainian and English. Educational disciplines: "Chemistry", "Organic chemistry".
Field of scientific interests: chemical technology of fuel and carbon materials, chemtology.
