Faculty of Land Management
A programme in modern engineering education for those who wish to work with territories, spatial data, land, cadastral surveys, geodesy and community development. Here, we train undergraduates and postgraduates who can combine precise measurements, GIS, cartography, analytics, a legal understanding of land relations, and practical solutions for the state, business and communities. The faculty comprises five specialised departments, where 12 Doctors of Science and 22 Candidates of Science teach and conduct research. It is here that specialists are trained who are capable not only of working with the land cadastre, land management, geodetic and cartographic support, and land monitoring, but also of seeing the bigger picture – how to manage resources, develop territories, protect the land, and shape a vision for the future.
