Certification and preliminary defence of applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education 1 and 2 years of study in the speciality ‘Management’ of the EPP ‘Organisational Management and Administration’
On 28 November 2025, at a regular meeting of the Department of Management named after Prof. J.S. Zavadsky, in accordance with the Regulations on the training of masters at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the Regulations on the preparation and defence of master's qualification works at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the schedule of the educational process and the Requirements for the certification of applicants for the degree of Master of Higher Education and the preliminary defence of master's qualification thesis, applicants reported on the subject of certification and preliminary presentation of the results of their scientific research. The meeting was held in a mixed format.

First-year full-time and part-time students pursuing a second (master's) degree in Management (D3) under the educational and professional programme ‘Organisational Management and Administration’ presented reports on the implementation of their individual academic and research plans. In their presentations, students justified the relevance of the chosen topics for their future master's theses, defined their goals and objectives, and outlined the methodological tools for research. The scientific and pedagogical staff of the department decided to certify second (master's) level higher education students based on the results of their individual plans.


Second-year students of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty 073 ‘Management’ of the EPP ‘Organisational Management and Administration’ presented the results of their scientific research in the form of reports and presentations on the topics of their master's theses.





The teachers of the department considered and evaluated the relevance of the topic, the formulated goal, the practical orientation and logical sequence of the research; they familiarised themselves with the main conclusions and proposed recommendations. Following the discussion, comments and suggestions were made, which should be taken into account when finalising the works and preparing for their defence before the Examination Commission. It was emphasised that the presented research demonstrates the high level of professional training of the applicants, their ability to conduct a thorough analysis, logically structure the material and form reasoned practical recommendations that are applicable in the activities of enterprises of various industries and forms of ownership.
Based on the results of the review of the preliminary defence materials and the results of scientific research, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Management named after Prof. J.S. Zavadsky decided to recommend the master's qualification works of applicants majoring in 073 ‘Management’ EPP ‘Organisational Management and Administration’ of the full-time form of education for defence, taking into account the comments and recommendations provided.
The department staff wished the applicants successful presentation of the results of their scientific activities and successful defence at the meeting of the Examination Commission.
