The defence of master's qualification works by applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education in the speciality 073 ‘Management’ of the educational programme ‘Organisational Management and Administration’ in the part-time form of study

On 18 November 2025, at the Department of Management named after Prof. J.S. Zavadsky the defence of master's qualification theses of applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education in the speciality 073 ‘Management’ of the educational and professional programme ‘Organisational Management and Administration’ of the part-time form of study took place.

In accordance with Order No. 1316 of the Faculty of Agricultural Management of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine dated 7 November 2025 ‘On the Establishment of an Examination Commission,’ the attestation commission was headed by Professor Tetyana MOSTENSKA, Doctor in Economics, Professor of the Department of Administrative Management and International Activity. The examination commission included associate professors of the Department of Management named after Prof. J.S. Zavadsky: Olha HOHULYA, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor; Vitaliy VAKULENKO, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor; Olha TIMCHENKO, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor; Viktoriia SOTNYK (secretary of the Examination Commission).

The Dean of the Faculty of Agrarian Management, Anatoliy OSTAPCHUK, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech, read out the order on the appointment of the Examination Commission, and wished the higher education seekers a successful defence and the Examination Commission productive and interesting work.

The Chair of the Commission, Tetiana MOSTENSKA, also congratulated the higher education seekers on the important final stage of the educational process and wished them success and a successful defence of their master's qualification theses.

The students presented the results of their research activities carried out during their master's studies under the guidance of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Management named after Prof. J.S. Zavadsky. In particular, they demonstrated thorough theoretical and practical training, the ability to work effectively with information sources, to justify the results obtained, as well as to formulate meaningful conclusions and practically oriented proposals.

The master's qualification theses submitted for consideration by the Examination Commission and those present were devoted to topical and important topics and were carried out in accordance with the established requirements for this type of scientific research. The higher education seekers demonstrated a high level of preparation, confidently presented the results of their research, and provided meaningful, reasoned answers to questions from the Chair and members of the Examination Commission.

The higher education seekers successfully defended their master's theses and received high marks. The Chair and members of the Examination Committee noted the substance and quality of the research presented, thanked the students for their interesting and thorough reports, and wished them confidence in applying the competencies they had acquired in their future professional activities. Sincere wishes were expressed for new scientific and practical achievements, career growth, and the realisation of life plans and dreams in a peaceful and prosperous Ukraine.
