Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Odessa Agricultural Institute. Postgraduate student, assistant at the Department of Genetics and Breeding of Agricultural Animals, associate professor at the Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Kherson State Agrarian University. Since 2001 - associate professor, since 2012 - professor of the Department of Poultry, 2011-2014 - head of the Department of Poultry and Small Animal Husbandry of the NUBiP of Ukraine, since 2019 - head of the Department of Technologies in Poultry, Pig and Sheep Breeding, since 2020 - professor of the department. Guarantor of the OPP "Technology of Production and Processing of Livestock Products" for applicants of higher education OS "Bachelor". Expert of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education.
Author of more than 300 scientific and methodological works. Co-author of 3 monographs, a textbook and a workshop on poultry farming. Editor-in-chief of the editorial board of the journal "Modern Poultry Farming".
Main areas of scientific activity: improvement of breeding work in poultry farming; development of a system for comprehensive assessment of production technologies and quality control of poultry products.
