Another step towards the recognition of the department of physical education and sports on the international stage — the 12th International Exhibition of inventions and innovations (Timișoara, Romania)
On October 8-10, 2026, a landmark event on presenting personal and collective developments by scientists and practitioners took place in the Romanian city of Timișoara – the 12th International Exhibition of inventions and innovations «Traian Vuia,» which this year gathered project developments, patents, and inventions from Romania, Moldova, Iran, Turkey, Georgia, and other countries.

Many extensive exhibits showcased achievements in medicine (including veterinary medicine), pharmacy, health preservation, food and reproductive technologies, agriculture, crop production, integrated technologies, and the results of interdisciplinary and inter-industry research, etc. The presentation of developments patented in 2025-26 in various fields of science and technology deserved special attention.

For the first time, a representative from Ukraine joined the jury — Professor of the department of physical education and sports, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Natalia TERENTIEVA, who served as a judge in the «Medicine, Pharmacy» section, by personal invitation of the exhibition president Dr.Hab, Prof. Narcisa MEDERLE.

In total, the jury included leading scientists from the following countries: Romania, Moldova, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, France, Spain, and Great Britain.
As part of the exhibition, a series of events of a scientific, representative, and integrative nature took place. You can find detailed information about them on the official website of the Traian Vuia International Exhibition of inventions and innovations within the framework of the official information accessibility program (https://www.traianvuiaexpo.com/program/) and cooperation with the Romanian Academy of Sciences.

As a result of working meetings, a number of agreements were reached, including regarding the possible participation of Ukrainian innovators and inventors in exhibition events, which would contribute to the exchange of ideas and the promotion of domestic products on the international market.
Having collaborated for many years with colleagues from Moldovan universities, Natalia TERENTIEVA initiated the signing of the Memorandum of cooperation between NUBiP of Ukraine and "Ion Creangă" State Pedagogical University of Chișinău, which was supported by the rectors of these institutions. The initial signing of the Memorandum took place at the opening of the International Scientific Conference «Higher Education: Traditions, Values, Prospects» (September 25–26, 2026, Kyiv). Chisinau, Republic of Moldova), where Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Natalia TERENTIEVA, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. The Memorandum was signed by vice-rector, Ac. Prof. Tudor CASTRAVET.

After signing the Memorandum by the Rector of NUBiP of Ukraine, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of NAAS of Ukraine Vadym TKACHUK, an official exchange of copies took place between the ambassadors of both universities — Dr.Hab, Prof. Diana ANTOCI ("Ion Creangă" State Pedagogical University of Chișinău) and Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Natalia TERENTIEVA (National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine) within the framework of the 12th International Exhibition of inventions and innovations «Traian Vuia» (Timișoara, Romania).
