The Faculty of Food Sciences, Nutrition and Quality Management trains highly qualified specialists in the Bachelor's and Master's degrees for the food and processing industry in the areas of quality standardization and certification of Ukrainian agro-industrial complex products. The educational concept of the faculty is to provide a new generation of specialists - engineers, inspectors in the field of food technology, based on modern educational standards adapted to the requirements of the best world educational programs and for the public and private sectors of the economy. While studying at the university, students receive thorough theoretical and practical training in the latest laboratories equipped with modern equipment.

The Faculty of Food Technologies and Quality Management of Agricultural and Industrial Complex Products is the main educational and scientific unit of the university, which provides training for students of the Bachelor's degree in the specialty G13 "Food Technologies" (Food Technologies; Technology of Health-improving Food Products; Technological Expertise, Quality and Safety of Food Products; Restaurant Technologies), I9 "Public Health" and the Master's degree in the specialties G13 "Food Technologies" with specializations "Technologies of Storage, Preservation and Processing of Meat", "Technology of Storage and Processing of Aquatic Bioresources", "Nutritology" and G6 "Information and Measurement Technologies" with specialization "Quality, Standardization and Certification".
